Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login tokens, resell our content, or use our signals in a manner that suggests our endorsement. Automated scraping of our services is prohibited.
Investor and Premium subscribers may register webhook endpoints to receive automated signal delivery. You are responsible for the security of your webhook endpoint and signing secret. Dragonfly Systems is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your webhook endpoint.
Historical signal returns are presented as of the dates shown, calculated from the signal publication date to the exit or current price. We include both winners and losers in our track record. Historical performance does not guarantee or predict future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Dragonfly Systems and its operators shall not be liable for any financial loss, investment loss, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
